To honour Mental Health Week (May 2 – 8) this year, VCAD is hosting the following contest.

For a chance to win a $50 gift card of your choice and be a self-care pro to pamper yourself throughout the month, tag two friends who motivate you to be your better self in the comments section of our social posts.

This contest is available to all Canadian residents. One entry per platform per person (on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). The contest runs from 9:00am on May 2, 2022 to 11:59 on May 27, 2022.
