With the VCAD – Emily Carr University of Art + Design Pathway, you can build on your VCAD education and earn either a Bachelor of Communication Design, a Bachelor of Interaction Design, or a Bachelor of 3D Computer Animation in just three years.
With a practical education in art and design under your belt from VCAD, you can pursue continued studies at Emily Carr University of Art + Design (ECUAD).
As a graduate of 3D Modeling Animation Art and Design, Game Development and Design, or Graphic Design programs, you will now be eligible to apply for second-year entrance to one of three ECUAD bachelor's degree programs.

As an accredited, specialized, public, post-secondary art and design university, ECUAD's Bachelor of Design and Bachelor of Media Arts programs will help you advance your training and skills in art and design.
Through this pathway, 30 of your diploma credits are transferable to ECUAD's 3D Computer Animation Major, Communication Design Major, and Interaction Design Major programs, allowing you to complete a four-year degree in just three years.
