This 74-bed, user-centred care home facility is located at the center of downtown to promote inclusivity and is designed with empathy to support its individuals in transition and recovery. This 4-storey building features amenities and services such as an indoor plaza, an outdoor garden, an elder daycare, movie theatre, chapel, music and art room, salon and spa, library, and a workshop area. The main objective of this project is to provide every senior and PWD with the assistance and care they need and deserve, not only through service but also through design.
