A Residential Care Facility in Fort St. John, BC. This 74-bed, user-centred care home facility is located at the center of downtown to promote inclusivity and is designed with empathy to support its individuals in transition and recovery. This 4-storey building features amenities and services such as an indoor plaza, an outdoor garden, an elder daycare, movie theatre, chapel, music and art room, salon and spa, library, and a workshop area. The main objective of this project is to provide every senior and PWD with the assistance and care they need and deserve, not only through service but also through design.

This 27 storey high-rise building is located in Kelowna, BC. This project's unique feature includes a space efficient and secure parking system which uses an Automated Car Lift technology; and a beautiful Sky Terrace that offers stunning views of downtown Kelowna and the Okanagan lake.

This 4-storey commercial structure features smart-responsive and sustainable design elements such as kinetic louvers, solar windows, living walls, and mass timber construction. Its circular layout creates a continuous, concave facade that provides panoramic views of the surrounding vicinity; while simultaneously inviting natural sunlight and ventilation. The circular plan also allows the consumers to wander around and shop uninterrupted while instilling a sense of interest and curiosity.
