This project was one of my earlier designs. My assignment was to design an area in the back yard for my client to enjoy the space, I used AutoCAD, 3d max and twin motion to complete this project. My main design concept was to set up an area that would work for entertaining quests. This area has a fire place and sofa chairs for relaxing outside with a perfect mountain view. The underground pool was designed to be made with rock stone smooth concrete and a smooth finish with marble stone. I added trees and flower pot areas to ensure the relaxing feel of nature with a wooden gazebo to provide shading.

This design concept is a Residential project for a family. The home I designed has 4 bedrooms and a basement with a play room. I used soft tones and colors throughout the home, for this project I used sketchup and twin motion for my renders.

For this project I designed a travel agency using the 3d max program, I designed an open work space with a reception desk as the main focal point. There is a main office and sitting areas on both sides of the building. Everything in this project I modeled myself using the 3d max tools and materials provided. I went with soft tones and carpet for this space, this made the office area feel more open and relaxing.

This was my final project at VCAD, For this project I used AutoCAD,3d max and twin motion. For this design I chose to go with an open space with a bar built in the center of the restaurant, I set up the booths on the exterior wall and added smaller table sets in the center of the space. There is a patio area outside with 4' glass walls and glass tables. With this design I used darker colors and grey hardwood flooring with oak walls. This design is meant to be relaxing for families of all sizes.
