Tarryn

This is an advertisement I created in my last term of school for our Advertising Class. The idea behind this ad is that it would be part of a larger campaign that features a different dog available for adoption. For this, I used a photograph I took of my dog Bongo, and I used Photoshop to edit the photo and add the typographic elements.

Dahlia Wine Co. is a fictitious wine company that I created. I designed the logo, label, a gift box as well as an artistic poster. This project was created in Illustrator, and using the pen tool I made intricate line drawings of dahlias, peonies, leaves and also wine glasses and a bottle. I used some colours that were trending for the Summer of 2022.

Lyons Creek Forge is a blacksmith and welding shop in the Crowsnest Pass. This was a fun logo to create as I feel I could really put the love I have for the trade into the design. My goal was to create a vintage feel and I believe I achieved that through the fonts that a chose as well as the anvil itself. These are pages from the style guide I created in response to an assignment for Web Development.

This is a poster I created for the bands Mastodon and Gojira. I absolutely love poster art! For this project I used Illustrator, and I created the fonts for the band names.I placed everything on a black background and added some brush strokes to draw attention to the skull on the centre of page.
