The top floor features a primary bedroom with a connecting ensuite and walk-in closet, as well as two secondary bedrooms and the laundry room. The design concept emphasizes sleek, minimalist aesthetics and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere that complements the natural surroundings.

This Retro/Mid-Century office design focuses on creating a collaborative work environment that boost moral, productivity and creativity. All areas designated for working have access to natural light. The outdoor space and lounges help to boost moral which in turn helps employees to be more productive and to feel valued. The open layout of the open offices allows employees to learn from eachother and work together. The executive office, conference rooms and meeting rooms are located close to the reception/waiting areas so that clients are not having to travel throught the office. The conference and meeting rooms are privated and quite, they are the perfect places for office meetings or for meeting with clients. Restrooms are located in the center of the office to allow easy access to all persons in the office.

This mid-century modern home embraces sustainable design with key features such as solar power, radiant heat flooring, a tankless water heating system, sun tunnels, sustainable insulation, and energy-efficient doors and windows. The first floor features a garage/carpentry shop, a half bath, the mechanical room, and plenty of space for storage. The second floor features another half bath, the kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as an outdoor cooking, dining and lounge space. The open floor plan makes this a perfect space for entertaining. The third floor features a home office, the primary bedroom with a connecting ensuite and walk-in closet, the secondary bedroom with a connecting ensuite, and the laundry room. The fourth floor features additional storage space and access to the sun tunnels. All materials and finished included in this project have been selected with sustainability in mind.
