For Ad Design I we were required to conceptualize an original ad campaign for the existing clothing company TenTree. TenTree is centered around being environmentally friendly and giving back to our ecosystems. This campaign focuses on TenTree’s holisitic approach to appearal. Each factor of their business structure is built around making a change, not only for the ecosystem, but also for production and quality of products. Using an illustrated information based advertisement style, the approach is to simplimize information in an engaging way by bringing the viewer through a small road map. To stay consistent with their identity, mainly neutral colors are used throughout the campaign. A textured, off-white background is used to ease contrast and create a more natural feeling. All pannels result in the same outcome, and all tie together to create the full holistic approach TenTree uses. Many people don’t think past the primary mission, this campaign expands knowledge on how their impact goes farther than their trees, as well as their ability to track their impact. With the use of simplif ied icons and short phrases in a casual font, the information stays easy to understand yet impactful.

The concept for Robin’s Nest was something I had a ton of fun working on. Based out of my home city of Edmonton, this Diner was created to support the community in any way it could. Between local businesses, students, and partners, this diner was available 24 hours a day, so it could continue to be that support, all the time. The design and brand identity itself really came together as the logo was created, using natural Robin colors, with a Tiffany shade of blue to pay homage to the Robin’s egg. Robin's are known to be the first bird you hear in the morning, and the last one you hear at night, this helped play into the 24 hour concpet as well.

Done as a rebrand for the London Building in Vancouver, Emperor Lofts is meant to feel sophisticated, clean, and inviting. With the buildings history of supporting the economy over the years, Emperor Lofts is designed to provide the perfect home for the hard working residents of Vancouver. The brand calls to the resilience Vancouver has shown over the years through challenges, changes, and growth. Much like the target audience, the name reflects hard work, dedication, and leadership qualities. One of Earth’s most resilient animals is the Emperor Penguin. With the classy vintage styling and modernized updates, the use of “Emperor” implies royalty, stregth, and once again, resilience; which ties together to keep consistency of theme throughout branding, beliefs, and overall message.
