This project is located in Calgary, Alberta, and was designed To create a unique atmosphere with a modern industrial look while offering open-concept offices and an open area for collaboration. Some of the unique features are the arched boardroom, the Plexiglass ceilings in the washrooms that mimic the sky while still being able to visually see the open ductwork, and the logo skylight that sits above the collaboration area. you will find many quotes throughout the spaces for encouragement and positivity. The color scheme was based on the client's logo that was provided.

The Social Restaurant Bar & Lounge is a casual, formal Restaurant that offers affordable food in an elevated atmosphere. It's been successfully open for 10 years and has currently moved to a bigger space. The social attracts customers of all ages, not only for the experience of dinning in a relaxing environment but it also offers wine night tastings, creative workshops in The Social Club Studio and Live entertainment on The roof top Bar & Lounge. The Patio will offer private seating surrounded by greenery and wooden privacy barriers. Using warm tones will create a relaxing and comfortable experience that will draw customers back effortlessly. Dimmable Lighting will be used to set intimate tones in the evening too wine down, While using a mixture of round and square tables will encourage conversations and provide space efficiency.
