The goal as part of the branding was to show off the transformation of the historic building into a luxury apartment that would house high-end suites. The design sought to bring a modern spin to the 1930s Art Deco style. It was chosen because aesthetically it best conveyed the chic, modern luxury suites the new apartment would house.
