The primary objective of the renovation and design is to provide the family with a design that will be unexpected, bold but still timeless. We will be taking inspiration from Beach lifestyle but with a modern twist. Natural materials will be used to give the home a lived-in and relaxed feel. To compliment the organic materials we will also be introducing several pops of colours that we are so fortunate to be surrounded by in the West Coast. When designing the California inspired home the main objective for the design is create the warmth of sunny California in every room. To create this illusion the usage of warm LED cove lighting will be thoughtfully placed to mirror the sun in every room.

The primary focus is to celebrate friendship and unity, the seating areas throughout the restaurant and the patio will embrace curved lines to bring people together no mater the group size. The atmosphere will cater to happy hour connoisseurs, the late night adventurers and the early bird brunch crowd. No matter your style the lounge is there to embrace you. Saturday’s will be a beverage focuses late night lounge. There will be some tapas styled appetizers available that focus on sharing and bringing groups together. Both the elements of Beverages and the tapas will be fresh, light and most importantly fun. The target audience will be young and adventurous. The menu will be highlighted with a variety of different price points to appeal to all.
