The Creekside Greens development seeks to redefine community living, and change the idea of how we approach multi-family development. Fighting agains the norms of cake-slab condos and townhouses, the Creekside Green Development features 22 units sprawled out along the bank of the Capilano River. The design was inspired by the site, and looks to restore some of the natural grade that was levelled out for the previous build. The modular units interlock to create a network of homes that give the feel of a private creekside residence. In this design I hope to increase interaction between residents and foster a sense of community. Each unit also features a curtain wall atrium that serves to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor space. Designed over a three-month term. Programs used include Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Photoshop.

As Vancouver continues to emerge as a global tech hub, The Spires complex is designed to serve as a corporate headquarters that promotes collaboration, mobility, and flexibility. Taking inspiration from natural crystal formations, The Spires utilizes a hexagonal shape to set it apart from a traditional tower design. The development includes a restaurant, ground level retail spaces, two green roof terraces, and roughly 93,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space. The towers are connected by two indoor/outdoor bridges that streamline circulation between the offices and provide easier access to green spaces. Designed over a three-month term. Programs used include Sketch-Up, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop.

The Peaks House was designed as a single family home, centred around an open concept, atrium living room that can be seen from the second floor bannister. Designed as three masses with contrasting peaks, the home is meant to reflect the mountains that serve as a backdrop to the Vancouver landscape. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom also has a family room that gives the kids a space to enjoy themselves that is removed from the main living space. The exterior cladding is mainly wood and brick, and the home features a metal roof and windowed wall in the atrium. Designed over a 12-week period. Programs used include AutoCAD and Photoshop.
