New Limit is a design created to become the new landmark of Vancouver. This building will consist of apartment units and retail spaces to achieve the maximum use for people in the area. With the main entrance courtyard and the greenery elements added to the spaces, it will influence a sense of community and peace while visiting the site. The name expresses the fact that this structure pushes past restrictions and defies all other structures on their appearance. New Limit is so good or unusual as to be impossible to copy; unique.

Stimulus is a design for a new cutting-edge office building that will be located in downtown Vancouver, right near the Vancouver Harbor. The name was inspired by the term itself as it stands for something that gives energy and motivation towards another thing or person. This design provides an abundant amount of sustainability elements to improve the energy of the structure. I wanted this building to be a space where people can work in a healthy and inspiring environment, allowing for better health and well being of the people who choose to work here.

Spiral is a design that will be located in downtown Calgary along the main LRT train line. This modern building has the sophistication and drive it needs to pull the attention of people who want to enjoy the city life. Providing great uses of convenience to many amenities, Spiral will contain elements such as apartment units, office spaces, retail spaces, a cafe, and a restaurant to improve the overall prosperity of people who live at this site. This multi-use building provides many services to all people and will become a main landmark in the downtown Calgary area.

Mother Earth is located on the Northwest side of Calgary, this project is going to become a very innovative and useful addition to the surrounding neighborhood. This structure will contain green spaces, a pet service center, an art room, gallery and banquet spaces and a greenhouse section. These multiple uses will provide proper functionality and leisure for the people of Calgary. The greenery and use of quiet spaces within the structure will bring peace and happiness to everyone who visits the site leaving people in a calm and fulfilled mindset.
