The heart company is known as Burnaby’s local florist since 2014. They have now two locations, one in Lougheed hi-way and in Sunset St. Burnaby. They started as a flower shop and eventually grew as a multi services shop that also offers coffee and gelato. Granting their mainstream is their flower shop and attracts many age groups, The café and gelato shop will target younger age group, young professionals aged 18-29 can be in any gender reference, who would like to explore new coffee places in lower mainland, very active in social media platforms and earning from minimum to middle class salary grade. The new target market or product line can be beneficial to the company too when the flower arrangement orders are slowing down. By introducing all the products available in one shop, it shows that the brand offers convenience and uniqueness to consumers. Through print, social media and bus shelter advertising it will increase brand awareness to possible future clients
