This modern Lonsdale public library and art studios is located in Lower Lonsdale, it will be accessible to all users of any age. The library and studios features a stunning view of Downtown Vancouver and Lonsdale Quay area with a peaceful and spacious spaces for the public to use. This project aims to bring an inspiration, peacefulness and creativity to each users in a quiet place for them to study and enjoy.

Environmental design is the process of addressing surrounding environmental parameters when devising plans, programs, policies, buildings, or products. It seeks to create spaces that will enhance the natural, social, cultural and physical environment of particular areas. This project features Tesla Solar Panel, Gray water system and mechanical systems that helps with the design and environmental aspect of the of the project. s

For this project they want a Mid-rise sustainable building in Downtown, Vancouver. The building will be mostly for office use and some commercial spaces like retails store, Cultural space like museum or a library type of commercial space and public spaces for the people in downtown to go and relax.

Star Residences is a mix-use building Located in 1201 - 1215 Bidwell Street and 1702 - 1726 Davie Street in the lovely neighborhood of Westend by English bay area overlooking the ocean and mountains around the site. The mix-use building offers typical Residential units like studio units, 1-bedroom units and 2-bedroom units, the building also offers commercial spaces like Offices and retail spaces to lease.
