Sunshine Villa is located on the west coast of Costa Rica and features a contemporary, minimalist design concept. The goal of this home is to achieve “harmony and balance” with nature and people. Design theme is “Ocean”. Lush palm trees surround the three impressive buildings, which include a zen garden for relaxing outdoor yoga and massage. Nestled in the core of the garden is a refreshing outdoor shower to share, and be sure to keep a watchful eye for fairies around midnight under the moonlight. The main house is three stories tall and invites warm, natural sunlight into its high ceilings all year round. Gaze upon a delightful sea to sky view while you freely roam throughout the house. This oceanfront space is designed to allow for great air circulation, perfectly coexisting with the water. The secondary building is a coral concept studio designed with an organic shape that has a painting room, music room, and plenty of storage space. The studio is connected by a seashell-inspired spiral staircase and surrounded by a brick and glazing walls combination.

A+DAM executive lounge design will utilize the elements of design such as line, a couple of shapes, and lighting to draw attention to the wall, ceiling so that they convey a modern, high-end, sophisticated mood in the space. This space will share a pleasant elegant atmosphere by finish material, décor items, accent color, and focal lighting. Selected finishing materials connect to nature, connect to us that will create enormous joy, happiness, and equality to the space. Finally, soft general ambient lighting and colors harmonize with furniture, natural light from the window that will create cohesive peace and love in the space.

URBAN BARN OFFICE BIOPHILIC DESIGN The “In mood furniture design co.’’ The office design concept is, in a word, to increase work efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Most important factor while I am focusing on this design, for employees’ well being. How I can help employees well-being & creativity at the same time. That question has been answered in “biophilic design” with layers of materials, textures in the workspace. My “urban barn” office concept offers an environment where organic creativity can flourish. Some key benefits include an increase of productivity and improved indoor air-quality thanks to live plants, the natural way to reduce stress and boost mental well-being. Building with sustainable materials aligns with an overall “green initiative,” because it’s very important that all employees and clients feel happier and healthier in this scenic habitat, which will surely allow you to attract and retain the best talent in the field.
