The intention of our design was to implement the use of "green" practices through material choices and procedures. In order to create a space that is sustainable and built in an environmentally responsible way. Influenced and inspired by the West Coasts vast array of raw materials. Our design integrates vibrant colour, flowing forms and heavily textured features conceptual of these materials.

The intention of this design was to create a space that mimics the unique characteristics of natural phenomena. From picturesque floral blooms to the sunrise peeking its way through the thick dark clouds to revile striking sunrays. By implementing certain features of these occurrences from the various colours, textures and forms into the design, giving you the same surreal feeling. Only you're enjoying the space for the first time.

Our client's goal for us to achieve was a working space that stimulates creativity, collaboration and communication. Our team of creative's approach to this designed space was to optimize the use of natural light complemented with an open concept floor plan and biophilic design elements. Here we can enjoy better health, increased creativity, heightened concentration and improved work performance.

The intent of our design was to create harmony and balance within the space. By incorporating some key characteristics of French Provincial homes dating back to the 18th-19th century. Traditionally homes from this era take inspiration from soft feminine curves paired with small gold accents, which you will see throughout the space. Given the name "Quaint" for its attractively unusual and old-fashioned charm.
