Pastora’s is a casual dining restaurant that serves Filipino food reimagined. It does not only bring Filipino excellence forward but also extends the Filipino’s warmth and hospitality across different cultures and communities from all walks of life.

Hotel B's design style is a mix between Indigenous Filipino architecture and Brutalism which is characterized by “honesty of materials” such as bare concrete and wood. Consistent with the hotel’s subtle nod to Filipino heritage, Brutalist architecture was a prominent style in Manila, Philippines in the 1970s.

NewGen Editing Ltd. is a young editing company that aims to bring innovation to traditional and digital publication design. The company aims to be inclusive and relevant, and to service magazines or other publications by drawing the attention of newer generations while keeping the interest of the older generations. Their growing company needs an office that will house 23 employees and its following departments: Editing, Proofreading, Graphics & Layout Design, Social Media Design, Accounting and Reception/Administrative. It will be a complete remodel from the finishes down to the furniture.

A commercial building made for Eco Design. The existing building has 3 units, thus, there are 3 proponents. The design focuses on each of the retail tenants' needs but everything is tied together through an overall interior concept.
