A 100%, off grid home using the newest building technology and using LEED's and Passive House building practices. This home is going to be situated at the North end of the Northern Retreat & Lodging Get-Away Project. The home is powered by Solar Panels and Wind Generators. This will generate all needed power for the project and possibly send power back to the grid.

This is a large land revitalization project that covers approx. 25 Hectares. This is a 100% self-contained project that will be built for a retirement buisness. The project has over 32 buildings on it and a man-made lake at 20m in depth and covers over 12 Acres. The lake will be usable year round due to the heating of the lake with Geo-Thermal Technology. Paddle Boarding and Scuba lessons are just some of the exciting programs for the customers to do.

This Tower will be situated in my home-town of Prince George, BC. It is a multi-use building with a Drug Re-hab facility and a Healing center on the main floor. There is low-income housing as well as higher end Condo facilities. There is a homeless shelter area on the bottom floor with Nurses and Security station through-out the complex. The Dome-Park on the top of the main building will be in perpetual summer within and will be used by all residents of the city and opened 24/7 365 days a yr. The rest of the roof will be a seasonal green space. Other parts of the complex show a cantilever section which has small buisnesses and eating/gathering areas. The front outside of the building can hold many outside venders in the Spring-Fall seasons.
