The building has 10-storey apartments and is located in Eau Claire Park. The apartments are big enough for 2 bedrooms.

Century Tower is a 23-storey building in Eau Claire. It has shops on the first and second floors, and apartments the rest of the way up. The second floor shops have a +15 to walk above the pathway underneath. Century Tower has had a few changes throughout the first version but this one is Cayman's favourite out of all of them.

This project was to design a completely new building. Cayman's main idea was to have a farmers market on the first and second floors, with anaAtrium that allowed fresh air to flow to every apartment in the building. The apartments are one bedroom, and located in Eau Claire area.
