Choco Bar was designed to connect people with a love for chocolate and pastries. During the space planning phase of the project, various areas were identified for the customer. These areas were connected by lines to indicated the customers flow through the space, and over time theses lines created geometric shapes. These triangular geometric shapes inspired the concept of connecting people through geometric shapes. The elegant and welcoming café invites customers to look at the displays and to enjoy some tea or coffee with friends or take it to go. The atmosphere is used as a marketing tool to attract bloggers and influencers in order to have free publicity. The café’s modern style is accentuated with the use of marble and gold along with a cream paint colour and brown wallpaper on the walls. To keep it clean, the floor design has white tiles with a gold strip line to guide customers along the way in the restaurant. The pastel colours are incorporated into the seating to bring the space to life, making it fun and softening the harsh edges of the geometric lines.
