Eau Claire is an older area of Calgary that has been reinvigorated since the 2013 flooring; my design is a geodesic dome has three floors and holds many amenities. Locals of the Eau Claire area have the luxury of a private community garden as an enticing feature! The main floor holds the reception, community garden, bathrooms, EMP room and a conference room. The second has an always changing open art exhibition space, a private office space and another open area for clients to change when they feel. The top floor hosts a gorgeous indoor garden with Calgarian native trees and a chance to soak up all the sunshine that Calgary has to offer!

Three bedroom house with walk-out basement. Designed for many different locations as the design is versatile. Main Floor: Polished concrete countertops with light oak flooring throughout the main floor. The basement also has a hardwood bringing a modern feel to this home. This home is an open concept so little walls to provide such huge spaces. The main level also has a bathroom and a ‘boot room’ for all the things you don’t need all year around! Basement Floor: Features three large bedrooms with huge closets, and an office space.

The purpose of this design is to revitalize the spaces around the current areas as well as benefit the residing civilians in Osaka, Japan. This will be achieved by a design strategy that cleans and replenish the current air. Inside the tower there will be a 40-foot-tall indoor garden space that will provide the population with a public and private open space, that will make the users gather, creating a sense of community. The aquarium, will be another stunning feature that will draw individuals by creating an attractive and unique experience. The proposed design will create jobs as well as provide space that comforts and brings joy to the individual. Taking advantage of Japan’s advanced technology, the design will incorporate lights and screens that will change the way users perceive the space just by walking by this skyscraper.
