Architectural Design Technology

Harbour Tower

High-rise residential building, Harbour Tower, is located in Coal Harbour, Vancouver. The design of this building considers optimal square footage for residential units, amenities, and egress compliance with select ICC Building Codes.

Impact Cottage

In the summer of 2021, BC lost hundreds of single-family homes due to forest fires and heat waves. Impact Cottage provides solutions to designing homes to withstand such threats imposed by climate change.

Eco House

A split-level single family home located in Kelowna, BC. This project focuses on schematic planning, a series of technical sections, and technical details based on building assemblies.
