Matt and Yushi just got married! The couple is currently looking to design their two bedroom home. Matt is a chef in his 50s specialzed in seafood and meats. Matt has been in the industry for 20 years. He loves spending time with his family and friends. As expected, he loves hosting dinner parties and getting his friends to try his new dishes. Matt spends most of his time around the kitchen but when he’s not: he is hiking, climbing the rockies, and travelling to differ- ent places. Matt considers himself a “simple, calm person with great attention to details. Who deeply believes food bring people togeth- er.” Yushi is an accountant and works from home. Having a space to separte work and daily life is very important to her. Yushi is very active, enjoys outdoor activities and reading. Matt and Yushi consider their home their temple and appreciate places that feel calm and relaxing. Thus not complely considering themselves “minimalist” they do enjoy a clutter free space. We have decided to focus on clean lines and a mix of both organic and gero- metric shapes inspired by by mid-century modern style. Using differ- ent tones, textures, and textiles.
