The Jubilee Cultural Complex will be the new centre for arts, education, performance arts, and Indigenous history, in Calgary. The complex will be on the site of the current Jubilee Auditorium to reinvigorate the arts scene, keep up with the demand for Calgary’s facilities, and show the vigour of the city through art-driven designs. It will provide a modern solution to integrate the existing train station and to create a complex that blends urban art with environment, creating a sustainable site.

The Richmond Creative District aims to revitalize the abandoned space formerly occupied by Chinook Learning Services. The project continues site’s history by reinforcing the academic values through arts and creative production. The project also aims to be a prime location for the up-and-coming artisans of the city to exchange goods, advertise themselves, or just simply just hanging out. The long-term goal of this project is to bring together the cultural and creative industries with the community to revitalize this enclave.
