MAMA DELICIOUS RESTAURANT / OFFICE

This project is mid-rise commercial building design for mixed uses. the ground level has a siezable space for restaurant and coffee shop. The second floor is for retail shops and the remaining level floors are offices and conference center for public use.It has an underground parking space and external public parking.

The design concept is to have mixed uses which comprises of commercial spaces that are open to the public, skylight garden and residential tower. The apartment spaces are design to accommodate students and singles who are young professionals that want to start life. This project has underground parking spaces and exterior public parking. INSPIRATION The vision of the re-zoning of the Urban areas is to increase population density close to center of activities, skytrain stations to minimize traffic, easy access to public transport that links other nearby cities.The idea inspired me and increase my design innovations to have a one-stop facade that can ease the burden of many from basic necessities like, grocesories. It accelerates the process of the type of materials selection for the overall construction procedures of the facade.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT The Concept of this design is about conserving energy within the spaces that are communal and relaxing with open airtight to the interior envelope. To corporate nature and maximize natural lighting and shadows to the interiors and how it will inspire the dynamic new types of architecture into the design process for the future.
