Single Dwelling A couple (mid 40’s) with their two kids (16 years old-female- and 20 years old-male-) were looking to upgrade an old house situated by the sea in West Vancouver. The Husband is a lawyer and the Wife is an artist. The coastal view is on the west side of the lot. The current house lacks of views, clients are willing to modify the shell building only.
