Cansu

The concept behind the Bachelor Pad House was to explore the idea of masculinity as the house was designed for a young, modern pilot, who lives in Istanbul, Turkey. The Afternoon House is located close to Bosphorus bridge, which brings you to the historical, but very modern and beautiful city of Istanbul. The masculine interior is dramatic and sexy and the main idea of the project is highlighting the upper and lower part of the house. The ground floor is intended for chilling out and includes a cocktail bar, games room, sitting area and a large swimming pool. The upper floor contains a guest rooms, a living room and a remarkable large kitchen. The idea is to highlight the two different levels with each other, and show the two different universes. The living room is a casual space composed of strict and laconic lines. Three main construction materials used for this project are stone, wood and glass. The stone and metal finishes highlight masculinity and stress the highly modern lines.

The intent of Cubela Restaurant is to create a seamless balance of indoor and outdoor spaces and inspired by the Cuban culture, history, and energetic atmosphere of the country is streets and beaches. The restaurant is designed uniquely but distinctively to reflect the Cuban regime and lifestyle. Cubela restaurant invites its customer to embark on a Cuban experience with traditional food, healthy recipes, and distinct flavours. Cubela restaurant promises to entertain the space, embodying the playful and cheerful mood with smells of tropical fruits and owner’s signature expresso with cardamom.
