3D MAAD instructor Edward Jaworenko was recently recruited onto the YYC Shield Makers team as an industrial designer working on a mask which can be cut using a laser cutter. Edward augmented the laser cut design with 3D printed arms to allow it to fit several sizes of heads. They have released a stable design to the public (can be found on the YYC Shield Makers Facebook group) and are waiting to hear if the AHS will need any help with supply.
